??山東(dong)省新能(neng)(neng)源客車(che)(che)安(an)全與節能(neng)(neng)重點實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)下設(she)整(zheng)(zheng)車(che)(che)性能(neng)(neng)實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)、動力(li)與傳動實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)、動力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)、高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)器實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)、燃料電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)及氫安(an)全實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)、工藝實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)等7個重點專業(ye)研(yan)(yan)發方向實(shi)驗(yan)(yan)室(shi),并建(jian)設(she)有(you)AMT與機電(dian)(dian)(dian)耦合驅動系(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)試(shi)(shi)檢測線、動力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)成組中(zhong)試(shi)(shi)檢測線、整(zheng)(zheng)車(che)(che)控制器生產與檢測線等3條專業(ye)的中(zhong)試(shi)(shi)與檢測線,擁有(you)國內領先的研(yan)(yan)發試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)儀(yi)器200余臺/套。能(neng)(neng)夠(gou)獨(du)立(li)開展電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、機電(dian)(dian)(dian)耦合驅動系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、整(zheng)(zheng)車(che)(che)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控系(xi)統(tong)(tong)、燃料電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的仿真、匹(pi)配和(he)測試(shi)(shi)等研(yan)(yan)發工作。是公(gong)司(si)提升(sheng)新能(neng)(neng)源汽車(che)(che)研(yan)(yan)發手段、自主創(chuang)新能(neng)(neng)力(li),打造特色產品戰略要地。
??公司整車性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)實驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)引進了德國馬哈公司的(de)重型車底盤測(ce)功機系統,建設成為用于室(shi)內整車性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)檢測(ce)的(de)轉鼓(gu)實驗(yan)(yan)臺,能(neng)(neng)(neng)夠實現各類行駛工況條件下的(de)車輛(liang)行駛道路阻(zu)力(li)模擬,并具有穩定的(de)寄生損耗系統和高重復性(xing)精度(du)。整車轉鼓(gu)實驗(yan)(yan)室(shi)主(zhu)要負責公司生產(chan)的(de)常規柴油車、混合動(dong)力(li)、純電動(dong)客車等各類整車的(de)動(dong)力(li)性(xing)、經濟(ji)性(xing)及匹配(pei)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)實驗(yan)(yan)檢測(ce)工作。
??動(dong)力與傳(chuan)動(dong)實驗(yan)(yan)室包括發(fa)動(dong)機實驗(yan)(yan)室、動(dong)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)聯實驗(yan)(yan)室、動(dong)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)綜合實驗(yan)(yan)室、驅動(dong)電機實驗(yan)(yan)室和AMT實驗(yan)(yan)室,主要任務(wu)是(shi)開展(zhan)車載動(dong)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、傳(chuan)動(dong)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)控(kong)制策略開發(fa)驗(yan)(yan)證、系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)匹(pi)配驗(yan)(yan)證、生產(chan)或(huo)市場動(dong)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)問題解決等工作,為公司(si)技術、生產(chan)、品控(kong)、售(shou)后持續有效地提供測(ce)試(shi)數據支(zhi)撐,對(dui)公司(si)經(jing)營(ying)、發(fa)展(zhan)有著重要作用。
??主(zhu)要用于單(dan)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)模組、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)系統和BMS的安(an)全(quan)性(xing)(xing)、可靠性(xing)(xing)、性(xing)(xing)能檢測(ce)(ce)及評價工作;研究車用動力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)測(ce)(ce)試及評價方法、企(qi)業標準,為公司(si)新能源客車產(chan)品(pin)動力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)匹配合理性(xing)(xing)、科學性(xing)(xing)、安(an)全(quan)性(xing)(xing)、可靠性(xing)(xing)、先進性(xing)(xing)提供技術支撐。
??燃料電池發動機系統測試臺定位于電堆設計開發中的性能測評,以及對集成后燃料電池發動機性能測評。通過為燃料電池發動機提供多種工況環境,實現燃料電池發動機熱管理、水管理、氣管理、電管理等系統參數標定。
??目前實驗室已具備150kw、60kw兩套燃料電池發(fa)動機(ji)測試(shi)平臺,實現覆蓋150kw功率內的(de)燃料電池發(fa)動機(ji)測試(shi)。
??公(gong)(gong)司(si)整(zheng)車性能(neng)實(shi)驗室(shi)引(yin)進了德國馬(ma)哈公(gong)(gong)司(si)的重型(xing)車底盤(pan)測功機系(xi)統,建設成(cheng)為用(yong)于室(shi)內(nei)整(zheng)車性能(neng)檢(jian)測的轉(zhuan)鼓(gu)實(shi)驗臺,能(neng)夠實(shi)現各(ge)類行(xing)駛(shi)工(gong)(gong)況條(tiao)件下的車輛行(xing)駛(shi)道路(lu)阻(zu)力模擬,并具有(you)穩定的寄生損耗系(xi)統和高重復性精度。整(zheng)車轉(zhuan)鼓(gu)實(shi)驗室(shi)主要(yao)負(fu)責(ze)公(gong)(gong)司(si)生產的常規柴油車、混合動(dong)力、純電動(dong)客車等各(ge)類整(zheng)車的動(dong)力性、經濟性及匹配性能(neng)的實(shi)驗檢(jian)測工(gong)(gong)作。
??電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控實驗室旨在建立從電(dian)(dian)(dian)控單元設計、電(dian)(dian)(dian)控系統設計及電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)性(xing)能、環境(jing)測試研究開(kai)發的(de)完善體系,以(yi)滿足(zu)包(bao)含新能源和智能網(wang)聯在內的(de)車輛(liang)對先進電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)控制理(li)論和技術研究需求。
??對高壓(ya)(ya)線束、高壓(ya)(ya)器件等進(jin)(jin)行耐壓(ya)(ya)、絕緣(yuan)、電壓(ya)(ya)降、低溫卷繞沖擊、溫升、與端子(zi)間的插拔力和壓(ya)(ya)縮比(bi)、真空比(bi)等性能指標與評測(ce),為公(gong)司(si)對以上高壓(ya)(ya)零部件進(jin)(jin)行科學設計匹配、優質供應商(shang)選擇、產品(pin)質量的管(guan)控(kong)提供必(bi)要支持。
